Many people are unhappy with their lives as a result of simply having the habit of bad mental processes. In other words, they think negative thoughts or have a habitually negative outlook on just about everything, especially if it concerns their own fate or well-being.
They think nothing good ever comes to them. Then, when a fantastic opportunity presents itself, they look at it as a bad omen and won’t see the good that can come from it, so they let it pass by.
People who don’t understand the secret to happiness see their lives becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. They are in serious need of reprogramming their mind. But, bad mental programming is hard to correct, because the very mind that needs a good mental makeover is using bad programming to choose NOT to upgrade their programming. It’s a catch-22 situation.
